Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) final ruling on Internet applicants which went
into effect Monday, February, 2006, Avidweb Technologies Inc., a leading provider of

government contractors and subcontractors to comply with the new OFCCP rule
regarding Internet Applicants.

The new OFCCP rule requires federal contractors to obtain where possible, gender,
race, and ethnicity data on applicants. The rule also requires contractors to
retain all expressions of interest by individuals considered and specifies records
to be maintained on searches of internal and external databases.
